Now onto Davis Storm. Davis cheated his way to the final and despite putting in a phenomenal performance fortunately got a well deserved ass kicking. Also For those of you who don’t know Davis crossed the line when he slapped me at Awakening… Let me just say right now Revenge is a dish best served unsuspected… after all I am a lot like an elephant I never EVER forget… oh and I have a large trunk:)

Anda Nothica – showed us why they call him the Human Highlight film with his vast array of daring moves at Awakening. He was left battered and bruised but wanting more… We can expect to see a lot more of this extremely talented new comer in the near future of ECW.

Over all the event was a huge success the crowd was electric and certainly inspired the wrestlers to go the extra mile. The event saw some devastating high risk manoeuvrers, Ladders, Chairs and some incredible table smashers. The next ECW show (Rumoured to take place in January) will be just as electric make sure you sign up to the ECW mailing list to be the first in line to get tickets.

As for the future of ECW Jimmy Payne has put himself top of the list by winning the ECW invitational to get a title shot in the near future… F.N. Carnage however cannot be far behind after working his way through to the semi finals of the invitational certainly impressed me. I am under the impression that no matter who has the world title FN Carnage will do whatever it takes to get a title shot against them.

Seth and Shiggins the man the 80’s forgot put on a great performance at Awakening and although the two friends weren’t happy with the luck of the draw and having to face each other, The two men had a great match and worked well. They turned a lot of heads and the truth is that if these two friends were to work together I couldn’t see too many tag teams beating them.

Mikey and Psychofett took it to each other and had a great match. Mikey showed me why he is the "new sensation of innovation" as for Psychofett he put on a solid performance although I am not sure if this guys lack of sanity is going to get him far in the fans eyes.

Afpac loved the adoration of the fans. I don’t think I would be telling a lie to say that he is the most charismatic man in Australian Wrestling. I hope the fans get a chance to see him wrestle for a longer amount of time at the next ECW event and really show them what powers the AF posses’s.

Vagrant the homeless hero has healed up well since the event. After getting busted open and put through several tables it took a while for his wounds to heal. He said to thank the fans for their e-mails of support and to let you know he will be in top for by the time the next live show rolls around.

Blade showed the fans his true colours at Awakening when he assisted Davis Storm in gaining several cheap victories. He showed the fans he is willing to take the low road… he didn’t however show the fans how good he is in the ring… To quote the great one at the next Explosive Coastal Wrestling he will have to "Bring It" and show the fans what he can really do if he wants any respect whatsoever.

The 6"4 Richter claims he was cheated from a victory in the tournament and claims that he will take his aggression out on which ever poor sucker wants to face him at the next event… I can’t imagine too many people sticking their hands up for that match.

Lots of Impressive wrestlers made their Explosive Coastal Wrestling debut at Awakening… however one departed us…. Ling Swinger has set off on his mission of pleasuring every woman in the world. It’s my understanding that he is currently in Russia and doing well… Our thoughts are with Ling and trust me folks… if anyone can do it Ling Swinger can!
