Slick Rick's Words of Wisdom : 4 Weeks and Counting!

With just under 4 weeks until Re-Awakening, I thought it was time for the internet geeks to be graced with my presence once again with more of my words of wisdom.

First, let me answer a few questions brought up by our black-eyed head referee, Simon Cage... In a recent "black and white" article, you asked why I was hanging around FN Carnage and what my role was in his career. Well Simon, it goes like this. I am managing the career of the Hardest Hitting Man in ECW which means I accept and reject the matches made by ECW. If I am presented with a match that does not benefit Carnage's career, I reject it. As you all saw at Retribution, the team of FN Carnage and Slick Rick are unstoppable! We have a united goal... the ECW Championship, and taking out the trash along the way! The quickest way to that championship is through the Invitational Tournament. The Vagrant was nothing more than a rung on a ladder and Anda Nothica will soon find out that he has no business being in the same ring as FN Carnage at Re-Awakening. Carnage won two matches at Retribution and he will do the same at Re-Awakening.

Control of ECW ... The Vagrant has obviously let his ego get the better of him when he accepted the challenge of Azazal for total control of ECW. Did the beating that Carnage give you at Retribution do permanent brain damage Vagrant? While I have no problem with any member of the Uprising as wrestlers, I am a little concerned what the Uprising would do to ECW if they did manage to gain control.

Dancin Lukey mentioned in his latest ramblings that Re-Awakening will have the very first End of Year awards which will be held before the event and start at 6.30pm so GET TO THE SHOW EARLY! Trust me when I say that's not the only reason to get to the show early ... use your imagination.

Davis Storm, a proud member of the Uprising or not?. The only loss Storm has had in ECW has been at the hands of the man he will face at Re-Awakening. Sure would be nice to have the Uprising watching your back in that match?

Yes, I will have a new shirt to debut at Re-Awakening. That alone is worth the price of admission!

Justin Sane against Brad West... Brad may be Rad but has he got what it takes to be competitive against the man who hasn't been pinned in a year? I doubt it. Speaking of Justin, I noticed Brett Corvis' girlfriend sitting at ringside had tears in eyes after Justin's leg met with Brett's little "referees".

Jamie Jurah, who lost his battle with Mixer certainly proved a lot in his war at Retribution. It will be interesting to see how he goes against a man twice his size when he squares of against Richter at Re-Awakening.

Psychofett vs Mikey vs Damien Kross vs Mixer in an elimination 4-way dance, should be very entertaining. Especially with Mikey and Mixer in the same ring. I am looking forward to that!

If you haven't got your tickets for Re-Awakening yet, I strongly suggest you do because ECW have sold out the Wanneroo Civic Centre now on two occasions and this will no exception. Get there EARLY, the pre-show is shaping up to be very special!
