Azazal then cut a promo saying that the only reason that he set up the tag team tournament was to kick people’s asses. After the count out earlier in the night, The Uprising had no semi final opponents for the second night. So, a royal rumble style match was announced. Anyone who was no longer in the tournament could enter and the last two remaining would face the Uprising in the semis.

Action aplenty in this battle royal. The final four came down to Freeman, Storm, Reeves and Payne. Storm and Payne outlasted the other two and went onto the second night. The first night closed with a brawl between all remaining in the tournament.
