Lukey and Rick returned to officially open the show. They quickly ran over the matches before inviting the ECW chairman The Vagrant and Azazal to the ring to sign the contract for their match later in the evening. After they signed the contract, they left the ring only to sprint back into the ring for an impromptu brawl which was only stopped by a group of wrestlers flooding the ring to separate the two men.
