IT IS NOT AN AUDITION FOR ECW, It is a chance to learn the most basic components of wrestling. If you want to wrestle, this is a chance to get in a ring and decide if this is for you.

Requirements : non-marking shoes, bring lunch, try and have knee and elbow pads.

Drinks will be on sale starting at $1.00.

There are only 20 spots available. If you miss out, don't dispair as another training weekend may be run soon.
