| - Doctors have officially cleared Mikey to
return to the ring, however, he will be kept under medical surveillance after every
encounter inside the ring. - ECW Champion Davis Storm continues to work through pain in his knees and back. - Evolution debutant Damien Kross continues to impress with his in-ring work, however, his attitude and subsequent alliance with the departed 'Slick' Rick Sanders has management wary. - Mixer has been diagnosed with stress fractures of the foot, and they continue to hamper his workouts. On another note, Mixer proved alot to the entire locker room by severely hurting his back during his tag match at Evolution, but continued to work through the entire match. The injury occurred when Seth pushed the talent youngster over the top rope and he caught his lower back on the ring steps. Mixer continued the match and it was only backstage that he showed signs on pain with the injury. - Shiggins can be heard randomly on weeknights calling into 92.1's heavy metal music show. This is not a sanctioned ECW publicity event but you will enjoy the laugh. - Local punk band Tantrum became the first Perth music group to ink a deal with ECW. The young rockers will be featured on the website shortly, and the deal will see the band write, record and perform the official ECW theme and the ECW Chairman Vagant's theme music. Look for an interview with the band soon. - Negotiations have begun to see Holly Ryder make an in-ring debut with ECW. However, rumour has it this will not be anytime soon. - ECW's 2 Day Training camp had an amazing response with nearly 50 emails recieved in the first the 48hours the camp was publicised. Luckily for fans, there are still some spots avaliable and a position can be secured by calling 0422 959 349 as soon as possible! - Students from Curtin University recently had a screening of their documentary on Explosive Coastal Wrestling and the premiere was attended by ECW Champion Davis Storm and ECW Chairman the Vagrant. The doco got rave reviews and will hopefully by available for public viewing shortly. - ECW management and head commentator Dancin Lukey have been throwing around names as to who would take Slick Rick Sanders spot at the ECW commentary table for Collision Course but as yet ; no decision has been made. - ECW's Developmental wrestlers will be on hand at Collision Course and will be introduced during intermission. |
